You may or may not have heard of New Orleans celebrity chef John Besh. Throughout the years, he has built an empire with many cooking shows, cookbooks, and restaurants. And with good reason! Last night we went to one of his eateries; Borgne is located in the Hyatt hotel by the Superdome so it is a little out of the way, but boy is it worth it! From the Grilled Octopus appetizer to the dessert, Mark must have said, “oh wow” half a dozen times during the meal! The entrees are primarily different fish options, and the two we had were phenomenal. But that’s not enough to warrant a recommendation. The cocktails and other courses were just as tasty.
